Central Hills Plaza
This plaza is situated in the 30 hectare master planned precinct located at the epicentre of Sydney’s booming South West growth corridor. When completed, the precinct will be the largest private employer in the Camden Local Government Area. With convenient access to all major Sydney roads, including the M5 & M7 Motorways, Central Hills Plaza is conveniently connected to Sydney and its two airports.
Stakeholders wanted a logo and website that would communicate its features and benefits to businesses looking for shop/office and retail space.
We developed a logo that is familiar, yet stylised and clean so it can feature on the front of the building as well as a website and other collateral. The website, being the most important sales tool for the client, featured all the building specifications, architect renders and detailed floor maps that we created from CAD drawings. The end result is a website that clearly lists all the important information potential businesses need to know and is a powerful marketing tool for the leasing agents.
